Robotic science and applications

The best things which human possesses are imagination and hope, and the best thing that this has led us to is the science. This has been a part of our imagination as itself and as a tool to realize it. We have grown from a mere animal to a wandered to a settler and now to the conquerors of the planet. We now manage all the resources and manipulate our surroundings as per our wish and the needs, which arise from it.

The robotic science is also a figment of our imagination. We once imagined of some companion who would work for us, while we enjoy the pleasures. The animals substituted this. We tamed them and used them for our work. Then we wished that this companion should have intelligence like us and should work for us without our need to instruct it all the time. This led to the development of this science. This development from animals to robots has not been very quick. Many generations put their efforts to the completion of this dream and realization of robot mates for us. Today robots are used in almost every field you help us with our processes and do the jobs, which would be a risk to human life.

The robotic science has been a great influence to art and literature as well. There was a time when we were totally fantasized by the thought that robotic beings would realize their true efficiency and take over our control. We would be reduced to slaves and be living under their tyranny. The famous series, which used the developments of robotic science for fantasy and art, was the Star wars. They showed the robots are creatures from the alien world. In fact, there was an equation between the human and the robot race. Then there have been many cartoons series, which have exploited this theory. In addition, many novels are based on this field of science, which is often used as scripts for some of the best movies in our cinema.

This is something, which deals with the fantasy and the art forms. Robots have been a huge help in field of exploration and such missions. There are many places where humans are not capable to work or survive. In these environments robots are send to complete the tasks. Most of the dirtiest and the toughest tasks are completed by the robots, which are built for these missions. The humans from a distance, rest they have some basic programming to carry out the work, control them.

Medical science has also taken help from this field of science. We have found the best possible replacement to natural limbs. Although there is no replacement possible to the natural limbs, however these prosthetic limbs come as a boon to those who have lost their natural limbs due to some calamity. These limbs are able to imitate some of the basic movements of the natural ones making the prosthetic limb functional. They have the digits, which can be used by the user as if he uses his own. This is what makes them as the best substitute to the natural ones.
